We start small and build from what works.
- First, we find where the time goes. We ask what your people repeat every week, what your systems are missing and what that costs you today.
- You see a first version before you commit. Send us what you have: spreadsheets, reports and job descriptions. We build a first version from it.
- We agree the scope and the price in writing. Larger work is split into milestones, each with its own scope.
- We start with one piece. When it works and your people use it, we take the next.
